Privacy policy

Last updated: July 20, 2026

vu (فيو) is a work-management product operated by GDA (Gray Design Agency), Saudi Arabia. This policy explains what data vu collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Your account

When you sign in with email or Google, vu stores your email address, name, and profile picture to identify you inside your workspaces.

Your content

Goals, projects, tasks, comments, and workspace settings you create are stored in vu's database and are visible only to members of the workspaces they belong to.

Google Drive

If you connect Google Drive, vu requests the limited drive.file scope. That grants access only to files vu creates and files you explicitly select — never your whole Drive. File content stays in your Drive; vu stores only an index (names, identifiers, links). Access tokens are stored encrypted and are used solely to provide the features you invoke.

vu's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How data is used

Only to provide and secure the service. vu shows no ads, does not sell your data, and shares it with no one beyond the processors that run the service (hosting, database, and email delivery).

Retention and deletion

You can delete your content inside the product at any time. To delete your account and all its data, contact us and we will remove it.
